    My better half, she is from England, complains that all the pianos she played as a child had spring wires that kept the pages from turning. 

    The kids at a music school keep breaking the center strut on a Kawai GE-1. 

    They keep pushing

    Are there any after market devices that work?

    Commericial option available, and it's pretty and functional, but shipping and customs from UK will be a bear. Could you simply drill and install new ones piano book holders for her?

    I was talking to Pacific Piano Supply and they had nothing. Not even a clue.
    I realized the music stand. I use with the band has clips like that attached to it.
    I may try and convert it.
    If I had my partner’s brother mail them from the UK, would that pass customs?
