    How do you call this? It's on the front board.  It's the receiver for the dowel. 
    I cannot find the replacement on Schaff. 
    Does Pearl River have technical support in the U.S.?

    Kawai calls theirs a fallboard pivot, Yamaha puts that part on the cabinet and calls it a pivot plate.
