    I have a customer who is looking for leads in regard to who might service his pneumatic player piano.  The one person I knew retired.  Do you know of anyone?

    Hi Tim,
    Check the pin torque, I have found that to be the biggest issue with Kawais of that age.

    Try Ken's Piano Service in Twin Falls, Idaho.  Ken reworked the pneumatics for me on a 1920 Marshall and Wendell upright with an Ampico A reproducer which still works flawlessly 18 years later.  The phone there is 208-734-7061.

    Hi Floyd,

    Doing any kind of cross-border deal could be risky these days I would think, not to mention facing the exchange rate.
