Is this a paper roll player ? There used to be an expert in North Carolina that did this type work but he passed. There also was an advertisement in the PTG Journal by a technician in New York who you shipped the action to. Many of the mechanical, paper roll actions for players where retrofitted. There is a member in our PTG Chapter who may know someone out there . If it is an electronic player like QRS, Piano Disc, Disklavier try contacting those companies directly
