HELP !!!! I am trying to get a clients QRS Pnomation II player working but am stumped.. There is no power to the PLX extension strip and no lights display on the PNOii unit At this point I suspect there is a blown fuse since only 1 light on the power supply is glowing red. I have pulled the power plug waited over 2 minutes plugged back in. No change . I have checked all of the cables and plugs but cant find a problem. I thought I read that the power supply has 2 fuses and I could only find one. I twisted it out and checked it and it was okay. Perhaps there is an internal fuse .
the tiny flat ribbon cable that runs to the PNX extension box is not real snug but the side with stripes is facing down
At one point early on the PLX did have light activity on it
