CAUT

I recently secured for a client a petite duet artist bench. It is short of impossible to make the bench raise or lower. I am a very strong young man, and I am astounded that it was shipped in this condition. I had two of the church ladies one on either end of the bench attempting to raise or lower it and that was impossible. I've made a second trip back to the church to try to analyze what to do. 

I have talked to the vice president of the company. I was advised to attempt to loosen the Allen screws. That was impossible. 

I feel this company is very comfortable with their business model. 

I am desperately seeking another vendor who can provide a decent quality bench. We are looking for an artist type duet bench.

To add to the frustration, the bench was not shipped with a tufted top.

Update
Yesterday a replacement bench was delivered.  It effortlessly operated with one hand while I was sitting on it.
I suspect a disgruntled employee. Thanks for the feedback.
