What level of "belleywork" would be needed here. It's still a little unclear.
There are techs that can do great repairs, but don't venture into replacement. Does it include replacement of the sounding board or shimming it?
Planing the bridge top or recapping? Recapping or full bridge replacement? Restringing with larger tuning pins or pinblock replacement?
When broad questions are posed, it is difficult to make recommendations. Just like when a client says the piano was "completely redone". That could mean a very wide spectrum of work.
