I need to remove the wheels on a late 1800's C. Bechstein with large Ice Cream Cone Legs so I can place the piano on a stage truck. I have installed many trucks before on Steinways, Baldwins, Yamahas but these legs are massive with nice caster wheels and a brass ferrule . It looks like there is a set screw which may be all I need to remove after I jack up and support each leg and tap the wheels to coax the stems out. I can post pictures if needed but I have to finish the job in the morning. This post has been cross posted to in-the-shop
