I have a customer that needs a double wrapped bass string replaced and when I went to my usual source, Arledge, his website said that he was selling the company and was not making strings at the moment. I next went to the PTG Journal and website and no one is listed as making strings. I know there are people out there, but have run out of ways to find them. If anyone can help by throwing out some names, it would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi Rex:

I've been using JD Grandt for my strings.  He does a great job.  He's in Canada, so I expect there could be some tariffs, maybe 15% if I read the cards right.  I don't care, I like his strings. 905 773-0087.  My recent order was $15/string +ship., came in about a week later.
