John, put the name you are searching for in the search window, "John Pope", it takes you to a page listing all of the members or topics with the words "John" or "Pope". Then, when you find the person your looking for, click on their name, it will take you a version of that person's member page with 3 selections, one of which is Postings, that will take you to all of their postings. It would be nice if you could do it by just looking them up in the member directory but as you probably found the Postings option isn't there.
