Looking at just one old pic, the keybed looks long, was there a player system available for a Steinway 'O', sn 130....  mfg 1908. I will attempt to attach pic, side view.

Fenton, Steinway produced a Model OR reproducing grand.  Duo Art action.  The ones that I work on are very nice -- none have the reproducing mechanism.  The one shown in this following URL is 6' 4 1/2" long.  https://fordpiano.com/manufacturers/steinway-grand-model-or-duo-art/   Yes, the keybed is much longer than normal. Regards, Norman

    Hi Norman,
I suspect either my pic did not come thru or I was unclear.
Question, is the 1908 SS O in the  pic a player. I CAN NOT inspect the piano. My only reference is the pic. If the pic did not come thru I won't try again and sorry for the time spent. I have since determined my piano is not nor ever was a player.
I did this at the suggestion of David Love to compare to a pic of a traditional SS O, keybed lengths were the same as a traditional SS O.
    Problem solved.
