This has happened to me several times. So now, I routinely clear my Browser History, cookies, and cached files for last hour on my desktop. On devices, find your browser app and look for clear history and web site data.

For starters, ignore that "something's not quite right!" message; I've seen that hundreds of times when logging in.
If your sign in information is messed up, try giving Kathy at the Home Office a call (not today, Labor Day!). She can probably help you out.

Not sure how that is supposed to help, but I cleared my browser cache. I still can't sign in to my.PTG.org. When I click on "Forgot username" I get a message that says "Oh no! Something's not quite right."
Is there any tech support help to get me signed in?
Thanks,
Jeff

Be sure to clear your browser cache. Go to settings, then clear all. As to the website it is bad security practice to have remember me or to save any user information in cache or history. Such saved credentials can be exploited by hackers.

Hello,
I'm not able to log in from my computer or my iPhone. Has anyone else mentioned this? I guess I'll need some tech support to get it going again. Is that available?
Thanks,
