The ones I saw at a convention I'd compare to the old Vose & Sons with the tuning pins protruding below the pin block. Not a good presentation to display shoddy work
at such an event. If that was their 'best', I'd hate to see their 'worst'. Run!

I service one at an assisted living facility. It's actually tunable for a 140cm piano. Not a horrible scale. Perhaps comparable to a J&C Fischer from the '50's. Overall build quality fair to poor. If you want to re-sell it I'd advise against it.
