From MPianotex@aol.com Dear Bill, As a member and secretary of Nassau PTG, I will tell those in the chapter who are not computer oriented about this message
From "william garlick" William E. Garlick AMIS RPT OAKFIELD CROIT-E-CALEY, COLBY ISLE OF MAN March 4, 2006 To: Piano Technicians List College and University Technicians Hello to all, For many of you that may not know, I have retired from active duties in my cherished world of piano/musical instrument technology
Focus Search - Hi From Bill Garlick
From Ron Torrella Okay, I've got it set up so that anyone, anywhere, any time, can read and copy the letter Bill wrote. You'll need a "lynx" or "www" client (I'm under the impression that this is widely available). From "lynx", type a "G" [go] and at the prompt type: http://ux1.cso.uiuc.edu/~torrella/garlick That'll drop you into my directory and open the document called "garlick." If you're interested, you can also read a document called "pianocare"--just substitute garlick with pianocare. In the meanwhile, I'll continue to mail copies on request. So far, the commentary seems to agree--in large part--with Bill. Interesting! Ron Torrella "Dese are de conditions dat prevail." School of Music --Jimmy Durante University of Illinois
From LBeckPiano@aol.com I "attended" (was immersed in) Bill Garlick's grand regulating seminar this past winter. It was 5 days, and underpriced at $125/day
In the interest of continuing education, I would like some feedback on those of you who have experienced the Technical Program that Bill Garlick is holding at his home. Specifically those of you who are experienced technicians and, or, RPT's
