Damper Flange Cord

This is a short video showing how to prepare the damper flange cord to insert into the damper flange. 
I learned this from someone else long ago and felt others might benefit from the opportunity to see how its actually done. Added note: The needlenose pliers aren't necessary, fingers are sufficient.

And I use Centre pin cutters instead of an Exacto knife to trim the cord. Reason is total control and non-disturbance of that cord. Michael UK

Another idea from Michael Gamble is using candle wax instead of glue.
