I had a new one today. A piano that was 55cents sharp at A-440. This piano was tuned in February at A-440. I have never had one that high. It was a K&C studio about 45 years old and is tuned every 6 months. In another room in the same building a high end grand with a full humidity control system in it was 3 cents sharp at A-440.
