On many occasions I have used existing piano parts in my inventory to resolve non-piano issues. Here is one example. I attached a red balance rail punching to a female stereo extension audio cord. Purpose: The punching allows the male stereo plug to not be inserted quite as far. Without the punching the stereo connections do not work. With the punching attached the stereo earplugs work perfectly. This one is really great. I have numerous light bulbs that I replace throughout the home I live in, both inside, and outside. Before screwing in the replacement lightbulb for the expired lightbulb, I apply the very thinnest application of PROTEX™MPL-1 (not the liquid, but the vaseline grease version) to the threads.
