Replacement of Young Chang grand action brackets

A collection of short video clips showing the replacement of Young Chang grand action brackets. It's about 6 minutes long. After completing the replacement, I then did some regulation, primarily hammer distance to strings, let-off and drop, which I failed to mention in the video. I indicated to the customer the touch would not be exactly the same as before, so I had her play the piano after completing the job to insure satisfaction. I was satisfied with the overall results.

Supplemental comments:
Customer reported one note, E5, would not repeat. Went back today to investigate. Turned out to be an adjustment I overlooked. The jack was slipping out from under the knuckle. All the jacks and their respected relationships to their knuckles were regulated. My bad. No additional labor charges took place.
