As technicians, it is just as important for us to know how to sell people on the right information, as it is for us to know how to tune properly. All too often people are fed bad information by "Sales People" who will to anything to close a sale. These people are trained in sales... Are you? If you are not, you NEED to be if you are to truly "keep the best interest of your client in mind", as our code of ethics states.
