Thesis statement: Sound healing is effective in healing DNA physical, generational and emotional trauma using vibrations and frequencies.

Purpose statement: This research paper intends to educate individuals on how they can use music therapy, electromagnetic sound frequencies and Solfeggio Sound science to heal mind, body and spirit. We will research Sound healing using solfeggio frequencies and i it can be an effective tool in heal generational trauma and DNA.

Abstract:

This research assignment examines the role of music and solfege tones as sound healing modalities on a variety of mental, emotional and physical ailments. The information was compiled from 3 websites, 1 book and 3 academic journals/research thesis as well as 1 documentary that focused on sound healing. Information on the significance of archetypal sounds/symbols/shapes on our subconscious is very limited although evidence of their use can be traced back centuries into time. The findings determined that Scientific studies prove that “atoms vibrate against each other to form a molecule and those atoms and molecules have signature vibrational waves that can be measured in Hertz. Archetypal sounds, such as solfeggio frequencies are measured in Hertz and have been found to correlate with the modern sound scale, “shape-note singing”, Gregorian chants, instruments and physiological response patterns. The role of sound and music in mind-body mechanisms, consciousness, communication, and emotion are explored through a wide range of notable mathematic, scientific, and evidence-based theories. The research identifies the frequency of shapes and numbers and note that early Solfege notation was written as shapes, called solfege singing or shape-note singing. The different mediums used to access solfeggio frequency healing through sound vibrations. Sound studies monitor subconscious responses to sound by monitoring influence on heart rate, monitoring the emotional & mental state on participants prior to and after administering sound therapy. The results determined that music and sound is useful in enhancing therapies to transform the brain and relieve mental, emotional, and physical suffering.

Sound healing, based on music therapy, explores the therapeutic potential of specific frequencies for anxiety. The Solfeggio frequency of 528 Hz has gained attention for its ability to resonate with the body's natural frequencies, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional well-being. This study explores the potential of pure 528 Hz sound to reduce state anxiety. 48 subjects were randomly assigned to either an experimental group, which received a 3-minute exposure to 528 Hz music, or a control group, which completed a neutral reading task. State anxiety levels were measured using the STAI, pre and post intervention. Data analysis included paired-sample t-tests and a two-way repeated measures ANOVA. Results showed a significant drop in level of anxiety among experimental group (p = 0.022). Additionally, paired-sample t-tests confirmed a decrease in state anxiety scores within the experimental group (p = 0.006). These findings provide empirical evidence suggesting the anxiolytic properties of 528 Hz. This study offers preliminary evidence that 528 Hz sound exposure may effectively reduce state anxiety. Future research should elucidate the mechanisms and examine the effectiveness of this approach in broader contexts. This research contributes to the exploration of sound frequencies as a potential non-invasive intervention for anxiety management.

Students especially at universities undergo a lot of pressure and stress, and mental health is something that must not be taken lightly. The need for us to look into the mental health is constantly before us. There are a lot of ways to reduce stress such as meditation, getting involved in sports and one of the most practiced methods is by listening to music. Music has been indeed proven to have positive effects on humans and that it aids in healing, using such things as binaural beats and Solfeggio frequencies. These frequencies of music impacts brainwaves. This study reports on how the design thinking process was used to better identify the most suitable means on integrating mobile Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) as an application to know the impacts of different frequencies of music on the human brain to reduce stress and promote healing. Besides suggesting a generic guideline to develop an application for mobile BCI, this study also provides insights into the readiness of mobile BCI as an application for common usage.

A Survey of Citation Trends in Physical Therapy Research Papers in Japan

Purpose: The objective of this study was to survey the citation trends of physical therapy research papers in Japan, and to clarify their influence on physical therapy research quantitatively and qualitatively. Method: Using the references cited by authors of original papers published in two Japanese journals, Rigakuryohogaku and Rigakuryoho Kagaku, we performed an analysis based on items the numbers of cited papers as well as the citation frequency. Results: For Japanese journals, there were many citations for the two physical therapy journals at the focus of our study. For English journals, there were many citations of journals concerned with rehabilitation and other specialist subjects. Furthermore, regarding the quality of the each cited journal, the quality of the two journals was high. Conclusion: The large influence of these two journals on physical therapy research was clear from the high citation frequency of the two journals and their high quality as academic journals.
