    They have not replied to phone call or email.

    I asked a colleague of mine who builds harpsichords what he could lend to your question, below is what he wrote back. 

    As far as I know, Hubbard Harpsichords is still in business. Their website is:

    www.hubharp.com

    You should find contact info on the website. Frank Hubbard died many years ago and the business has been under Hendrik Broekman since Frank's death. I have been in touch with Hendrik recently with a question about Hubbard plastic jacks (there have been two different designs over the years) and he got right back to me with the info I needed"

    Maybe try calling again?

    Sorry, Thomas, but Diane Hubbard - Franks widow - ran the business for many years after Frank's death. She moved it from that very charming old mill building in Waltham Square to its present industrial park location in Sudbury. She also started the parts/supplies end of the business. Hendrik did not take over management until Diane retired - I think maybe 10 years ago or so? He was working with the firm before then - but did not manage it until after Diane's retirement.

    Not an obsolete instrument? Sorry to offer no technical information in particular. This is to promote the instrument in response, not to provide information. Sorry, I cannot directly address your question. Hopefully this creates more problems than provides solutions.  

    Score allowed? Would be happiest to play it, not fix it. Is it a chamber music instrument?
