Wim, my personal opinion -- stick with the teflon parts. Excellent Steinway engineering -- except for the humidity flaw, of course. Only replace the few clicking parts and you are usually good to go.
If you think of replacing all the teflon bushing parts, be sure you first understand all the re-engineering of the action that you are getting into. Quite a list.
