    I just got this surprise package today from Schaff Piano Supply. it turned out to be a gift of Handcrafted Almond Toffee!! Fantastico! Best i ever had. 

    Man, the other piano suppliers got to pick up their game if they want me to come back now.

    I have an order on the way here for some Protek, mutes, hart spring tool - I sure hope there is some of that toffee !!!!

    I got my order today from Schaff. I think a porch pirate got my toffee . I want to know what the criteria is to reach the free toffee prize level is. Maybe it was just a random award or a contest. Maybe Chris's gift was a package mixup and someone got his wound bass strings. My wife ordered some room blackout curtains and when she opened the package a nice yellow and orange vinyl shower curtain was inside.

    The folks in our office really look forward to that toffee each year.  It's always fresh and superb!  I'm not sure of how they decide to whom to ship either, though.  However, Schaff tends to receive the bulk of our business.

    It appears Schaff has successfully created a "talk trigger." If you've never heard about these, look up the book Talk Triggers by Jay Baer. Or there are a plethora of podcasts on the subject. Very cool ;-)
