Depends on how good your jar seals. Acetone is tough to keep from evaporating. On Ed Sutton's suggestion a while ago, I attached some tape to the side of the jar, and ,marked the level of the liquid, so I could see if it evaporated or not. With a good lid and seal, the level stayed put pretty well, but I went to some trouble to come up with an acetone proof seal in the lid.
However, that said, I would strongly suggest you try switching to Everclear or some almost pure Ethanol instead of the acetone, as per Ken Eschete's suggestions. I've ditched all my acetone mixes, and greatly prefer the Ethanol mix. The results are less harsh and more controllable, as the Ethanol allows better penetration during "flashing" of the solvent. The Ethanol time required to see results is, in my experience, and as Ken also said in his class, indistinguishable from the acetone results time. Ken had a Journal article on this a couple of months ago I think.

Subject: B72 juice lifespan
Hello all,
After you mix B-72/acetone juice, how long will it last (be effective) when stored in well sealed glass bottles? Thanks!
