Accu-Just is about adjusting downbearing at the bridge.  Look for machinist tools to measure and replicate proper heights.  You may also find guage tools sold by Infinity Tools,  inch and metric useful.

Sorry to be slow in replying but it's been a really busy week. I've restrung 2 Baldwin Accu-just grands so far this year and I'm about to do a third. Adjusting the downbearing is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. A modified C clamp with a notch cut in the end and the end ground off fairly flat works great as a string raising tool and is very similar to the factory tool. I also coated the body with plasti-dip to minimize any chance of dinging the plate finish. 

 

For driving the string down on Loop seater from Schaff (#3161.)

For setting bearing I use a modified Lowell downbearing gage. The spirit level got broken on mine some years ago so I replaced it with a digital angle gage attached with zip ties to the top of the gage. This arrangement is super easy to read and zeros out immediately for fast measurements.

I'm also placing in the library a set of instructions from Baldwin for setting bearing on this system with specific notes for each model as well as their instructions on setting plate height with their system.
