I'm delivering a piano in the near future and was wondering if anyone can recommend something worth crossing off the bucket list. The Lighnter Museum has an old chickering grand, but iv'e seen tons of those.

I live in St. Augustine. Let me know when you're coming, and we can plan a dinner or lunch together.

The Lightner Museum has an old Chickering, and mechanical instruments worth looking at. As far as other things to do:  There is an old fort dating back to the 1600's, a couple of other museums, the oldest house, and a light house. We are known for ghost tours, tram rides through the old town, or you can take a horse and buggie ride.  You can even take a boat ride through the harbor. And if it's warm enough, you can go to the beach.

The Columbia Restaurant- not the original one in Old Ybor City- but WORTHY. Make a reservation, and come hungry.

The Columbian is a very nice restaurant. And yes, definitely make a reservation. But there are other local restaurants that very good, too.

Of Columbia’s several restaurants, the St. Augustine location is a gem. We are talking about a bucket list, after all.

We've lived here 3 1/2 years, and only been there twice. Once for dinner and once for lunch.

FWIW, I’ve been to the Columbia in Ybor three times and have been disappointed three times. The only reason I went back after the first and second time is because they enjoy such a good reputation. As to why they seem to have that reputation is a mystery to me. If you go, I do hope your experience is better.
