I just heard from a blind tuner in South Africa that there is now an ETD for blind tuners that tells you if a string is sharp or flat. Are there any blind tuners in America that is going to attend the convention this year who is willing to demonstrate the program?

I can demonstrate that for you. I set up an ipad with it and learned to use it blindfolded so I could work with a student. Maybe I should make a "video" about it. It could be a video for those who can see but I would make it mostly audio for those who can't.
