    Hi all,

I'm replacing the hitch pins in my rebuilding project.  The original pins had a 0.16" diameter, the largest at Pianotek are 0.158".  They are fairly snug, but not quite as tight as I want.  I've knurled some for testing (see photo of original and knurled pin).  I'm wondering if I should add some JB Weld or other metal adhesive for extra rightness.  Thoughts?
    Thanks!

    Tim,
I'm curious as to why you are replacing the original hitch pins.

I'm replacing them purely for cosmetic reasons.  I left the bass pins in place since they are in solid cast iron and taking them out is risky.  I'll polish them the best I can.
