In a text message somewhere… 😬
My assistant keeps a spreadsheet of every part number we order as well, because they can be difficult to locate.
We encounter a fair number of warranty keytop issues in the SF Bay Area but they are older cases now (problem resolved.)
We just did a YUS5 and chose to reuse the original tops but one cracked. I have the replacements in my car and fingers crossed the color matches!

Mr. Chambers,
Thank you for the part numbers. I'll be calling Yamaha on Monday. Pray tell where did you find the part numbers?

Cost to your client is about $400 for the set plus installation. My guy is $450 plus I Uber Deliver them to his shop from the client's house (way faster!!!).
The single item T0491911 is for the 1/3 of an octave needed to complete the set.
I've reused them, but I've seen them crack after installation and the colors of the replacement may not match.
7 x Z2680910 - $25.57 - MSRP: $51.14
1 x T0491911 - $11.68 - MSRP: $23.36

Greetings all. Happy Spring.
I have a client with a Yamaha C2 where the keytop are falling off. She would like to have them replaced with genuine ivorite. Does anyone know where one can get a full set of replacement ivorite? I have tried the execrable Yamaha 24x7 website to no avail.
