A client had a low-value player piano with mouse-chewed keys, a couple of which had a few inches missing. Using G/Flex epoxy, I clamped the chewed keys with their neighbors with wax paper as a "mold release" and poured in the epoxy mixture which has a syrupy consistency. One key also needed a button. I was pleased that this worked well, and the keys fit and functioned correctly. See photos.

The lady had dog dishes on the floor right next to the piano, and the mice had jammed the food under the keys. Interestingly, there was no nest and no visible droppings. They must've used the piano only as a pantry!

If recall correctly, it is a Cable.

Do you need the wippens or the stickers? They are two different things.
Look in the Schaff catalogue for a wippen similar to what you need.
    They also sell adjustable stickers.
