  • 1.  Portugal Technician Contacts?

    Hi everyone,

    I'll be spending the month of January in Portugal and I'm hoping to stay involved with piano work while I'm there. I know PTG is mostly U.S./Canada, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

    If anyone happens to know a technician, shop, school, or music organization in Portugal that might be open to some short-term help - or even just someone I could connect with while I'm there - I'd really appreciate it. I'm a tech since 2020 and a member of the Rochester Chapter, comfortable with tuning, repairs, and some rebuilding.

    Totally understand if it's a long shot, but any direction or connections would be fantastic.

    I don't think there is a Piano Technicians organization in Portugal, but if you do a Google search for piano tuners in Lisbon, for instance, you should be able to find some.
