    Greetings! Does anyone have US contact information for pianos made by the Shanghai piano company? I need to find a replacement agraffe for this Strauss GP 170. Or possibly, a suggestion for a supplier who will have this type available.

    Sadly, I attempted to use the industry directory that is supposed to be available here on the PTG website, but it has not been set up.

    Have you removed the stem of the agraff to figure out the size and thread count?  It might be a standard Asian agraff found on most Chinese made instruments.

    Well it is likely metric thread and if you can't reach the Co you'll have to extract and measure the threads. Good chance that a Yamaha, Kawai, Young Chang or other will fit.
