Are you referring to the Young-Vallotti (shifted Vallotti)?

His temperament has 4 pure fifths, the shifted Vallotti temperament has six. Perhaps that's what you're referring to?

    B -3.9

    C +5.9

    C# -3.9

    D +2

    D# 0

    E -2

The "Shifted Valotti-Young" temperament loaded into my Verituner is virtually the same as Wesley's but is carried out one additional decimal.

    For what it's worth:

    A 0

    A# +1.96

    B -3.91

    C +5.87

    C# -3.91

    D +1.96

    D# 0

    E -1.96

    F +3.91

    F#  -5.87

    G +3.91

    G#  -1.96

    Young #2 = shifted Vallotti.

I've got the same offsets as Steven.

Here is the table for Owen Jorgensen's temperament book, in case you wanted a copy of it.
We tune our harpsichords to Young 1, 1/6 comma, and/or VY all the time.

Young only has one Pythagorean 3rd (F#-A#) while Vallotti-Young has three (F#-A#, Db-F, Ab-C). VY favors the sharps and has very good thirds up to three sharps on the key signature. VY has six pure fifths, Young has four. Both have a very smooth widening of thirds as you progress down the circle of fifths, with the exception of the keys of C, G and D which have equally tempered thirds at only 5.9 cents wide.

Are you tuning a piano or harpsichord? If a piano, I would tune a more narrow octave stretch between C3-C6, perhaps 2:1 octaves. Higher and lower than this, you can add as much stretch as you think appropriate.
