I am a Registered Piano Technician with a background in Business Administration and Economics. From 2003-2021 I founded The Well-Loved Piano Company and worked full-time as a Registered Piano Technician and part-time as a CAUT technician; in March 2021 I sold Well-Loved Piano to one of my apprentices and transitioned to working full-time at GazelleApp.io where we support piano technicians around the globe and help them grow their piano service business.
