I opened the Muse Piano Workshop in Oak Park, IL in 1971. Operated as a piano rebuilder, refinisher and retailer until 1989. Owned Woodcraft refinishers from 1979 until 1989. Taught piano technology at the Fred Tremper School of Piano Technology from 1982 - 1988.
Moved to Vermont in 1990 and established Allan H. Day, RPT Piano Service
