My experience as a music educator begins in September 2005 at Oak Hollow Elementary teaching beginning band to Grade 4-6 students, then have taught as part of my undergraduate degree at American Fork Junior High and Timpview High School. Since August 2008, I teach band at Magrath Jr/Sr High School. I teach beginning band starting at Grade 6 through Concert Band with students in the Senior High up to Grade 12 as well as the Spirit of Alberta Marching Band. I also serve the greater Southern Alberta and Salt Lake City, Utah areas as a piano technician. My training started at Brigham Young University where I became a Registered Piano Technician and member of the Piano Technicians Guild. I currently am the piano technician for the University of Lethbridge. I conduct the Lethbridge Community Silver Band, an adult community wind band that plays moderate level of band music.
