Chris Brown RPT has been working on pianos since 1977, wearing hats of local service provider, concert technician, part-time CAUT, rebuilder, and tool designer. In 2005, he set up his shop exclusively for action work and started developing what became the Regulation Station suite of tools and the Grandwork System. In January 2025 Chris sold Grandwork Tools to Ben Rocke RPT of Rutland VT and is moving, coincidentally, to Stockbridge VT nearby in the spring/summer of 2025.
