With 5/0 pins, original pin bushings, strings not seated on the hitch pins and too many other defects to describe. The owner paid a lot for this service. The person who did this has done similar work for many years and has gotten away with it because no one knows what to expect for quality workmanship, however, the technician who repairs this will get a good reputation and many recommendations with future clients and increased business. Sad but it exists. The Community of PTG members cannot stop this from happening but will hopefully correct the situation, benefit from it and move on.
