    Claudio Di Veroli has completed a third edition of his e book, Unequal Temperaments. It is the most comprehensive and reliable source for information about temperament history available today, quite a remarkable compendium of information on various levels with lots of practical application. Can be purchased at lulu.com, or through this direct link

    It is only available as an e book (pdf). You could certainly print it out if you wanted to. It's about $25.
