    Has anyone had experience with this company?  They don't list an address or phone, except to say they're in Miami, Fla.

    I looked at their website. They seemed legit. I didn't compare prices, but they probably get their supplies from Schaff or Pianotek.

    I checked into them before. If memory serves correctly, they basically retail what Schaff and / or PianoTek wholesales. I believe they sell a lot on online marketplaces, Amazon, E-Bay, etc. But yes, a legitimate company.

    Gemm Piano Supply had been an Oregon based company out of Clackamas, OR. They appeared to be a reseller. I had purchased a few parts/tools from them. I had contacted them to see if I could will-call my order being I am about 15 miles, and no all orders had to be shipped not setup for any walk-in business. I found other suppliers had same products for less.

    They had began in 2016 here and are now out of business with the state simply indicating a "Failure to Renew" for their business license history in April 2022. Gemm Piano Supply was an assumed business name with the registrant being Gemm Enterprises Inc, also an Oregon company that is out of business as of  8/2022  indicated by ADMINISTRATIVE DISSOLUTION. The president was Galo Moscoso.

    My guess they relocated to Florida as the following registration appears there. I've attached their filing.

    Yes, my company is legit and after 20 years we have relocated to Miami, Florida. We have assisted many Piano Technicians, students and all piano enthusiasts.
